background-color: rgb(255, 255, 255); overflow-wrap: break-word; font-family: Helvetica; font-size: 15px;"><br/></span></p><link rel="stylesheet" href="http://bbs.jjxw.cn/source/plugin/wcn_editor/public/wcn_editor_fit.css?v134_yF3" id="wcn_editor_css"/> 我是地道的九江市浔阳区人，现在居住在广州巳经23年了，每次回九江给我感觉什么都有变化，唯一的遗憾就是交通状况始终没有大的改变，无论是高铁还是机场都远远落后于周边地区的发展，尤其是九江这样一个有着悠久历史的城市，至今没有通高铁，九江市是江西省除省会南昌以外。最早有机场的城市，可是，机场关关停停始终不能持续发展和大的改善，昌九高速公路20几年没有大的改观，所以，每次无论是回九江还是回广州都在为往返的交通而纠结和痛苦，不知道新的领导是否会对九江的可持续性发展以及交通状落后状况，有一个长远的规划和近期加大力度改善 建议洒水车只能晚上12点-5点在路上作业。气温低于3度，停止作业 建议治理物业不做为，只知道收钱，物业的职责就是服务好业主，开发区曼城小区经常出现被盗的事件，物业根本就不重视。打击小区地下停车场的收费高，虽然地下停车费是市场化了，但地下停车又是特殊的商品，里面存在官商物业勾结行行，导致停车费居高不下。治理垄断行业 建议敢于挑战“欠钱不还”的，且被最高法数百次列为老赖的王翔老赖应该按照《关于加快推进失信被执行人信用监督、警示和惩戒机制建设的意见》予以在九江范围内首次公开。 完全迁走九江小学和双峰小学最好。留其中一座小学，教育局就会扩建，扩建比现在两座学校的班级还多。这种事教育局是做的出来的（一切向钱看）。南门口的交通会更严重。建议市政府优化学校分布，优化上班上学的交通，不给市民添堵。老九江人都知道，在教堂路口周边三四百米内聚集了两所幼儿园，两所小学，两所中学，两所医院！都是人员集中部门，每天甘棠南路和庾亮北路堵成停车场！就是这样的情况，政府相关部门不是想着疏散一些学校，缓解交通压力，反而对双峰小学进行扩建！请问这个决策的科学性和合理性在哪里？？？给政府提个合理化建议:不是扩建双峰小学，而是把双峰小学迁走！！！理由如下:一是周边的居民在减少，以九江小学规模完全可以容纳，二是双峰小学所在的庾亮北路上除了这所小学，其他都是百年建筑，文物单位，显得双峰小学与周边格格不入！迁走后，庾亮北路可以建成九江文化旅游一条街！ 九江滨湖路1号九江一中周边，交通就一直是拥堵的，特别是上班和下课的时间段，无法通行。建议：靠湖边的那条路（一中西门到沃尔玛路口）路上不要建停车位。保证双向通行。家长接送学生造成路上拥堵，也要处罚到位。按违停正常处罚。 金水木火土 发表于 2021-1-30 10:10

九江市万达物业公司侵害广宁金街商铺业主权益，擅自把通车街道两端路口强建岗亭栏杆，造成金街商铺几年来无法经营，金街变成了烂街，无商家进入经营，一块黄金地段变得萧条凄惨，业主的权益被严重侵害，政府也在流失税源，民众更得不到很好就业和商圈服务。
