line-height: 2em;">九江自创建全国文明城市以来，城市面貌发生了很大改变，但是在交通方面，却给人一种乱糟糟的感觉。</p><p style="text-indent: 2em; line-height: 2em;">一是老城区道路狭窄，大多数都是双向两车道，且市民停车多依赖路边停车位，占用了道路空间;二是城区高架快速路等配套未跟上，滨江路、青年路、庐峰路等车流量巨大的城市道路无法分流;三是交通管理不到位，非机动车不戴头盔，随意穿插，安装雨棚等，机动车随意变道，转弯不开转向灯，借用非机动车道右转等现象严重;四是部分人流量大的无红绿灯人行斑马线礼让行人造成车辆堵塞，例如快乐城停车场出入口（维也纳酒店旁）人行斑马线，由于频繁车让人导致道路拥堵，甚至经常致使长江大道与京九路路口彻底堵死。</p><p><br/></p><p style="line-height: 2em;"> 建议:</p><p style="line-height: 2em;"> <strong><span style="color: rgb(255, 255, 0);">1.加快规划建设老城区高架快速路;</span></strong></p><p style="line-height: 2em;"><strong><span style="color: rgb(255, 255, 0);"> 2.严格规范非机动车驾驶，该处罚处罚，拆除雨棚;</span></strong></p><p style="line-height: 2em;"><strong><span style="color: rgb(255, 255, 0);"> 3.交警对机动车随意变道进行处罚;</span></strong></p><p style="line-height: 2em;"><strong><span style="color: rgb(255, 255, 0);"> 4.在人流量大的无红绿灯人行斑马线设置行人过马路红绿灯，行人过马路需按下按钮，等待一定时间才可以通过;</span></strong></p><p style="line-height: 2em;"> 希望相关部门多为九江创建全国文明城市出力，为创建共同美好家园出力，可以结合我为群众办实事，积极纳入下一批办实事清单。优化城市交通面貌，助力创文，提升市民幸福感。</p></section></section></section><p style="line-height: 2em; line-height: 2em;">做为九江出行开车族，对九江的交通状况，真是感触良多。</p><p><br/></p><p style="text-indent: 2em; line-height: 2em;">一到早晚上下班高峰，在市区各路段各路口，几十处地方拥堵不堪，加上如此多的斑马线，愈加使广大司机苦不堪言。尽管，交警也尽全力维持交通，奈何警力有限。城区交通建设作为九江的一处短板，人行天桥地下通道几乎没有或少得可怜，更别说高架快速路了。</p><p><br/></p><p style="text-indent: 2em; line-height: 2em;">诚然，建设人行天桥地下通道高架快速路等工程牵扯面太大，实属不易，但只要<strong><span style="color: rgb(255, 255, 0);">改动一些拥堵十字路口布局</span></strong>，就能起到事半功倍的效果。比如<strong><span style="color: rgb(255, 255, 0);">德化路与十里大道交叉路口，接近路口60米左右的地方去掉绿化隔离带，增加一条直行道，将最右边直行右行道改为专用右行道</span></strong>，即增加通行量又减少绿化带视线干涉，何乐而不为。这种路口九江即多又可以小成本快速改善拥堵，诸如此类，均可如此。希望市政、交管部门联动起来，要有所为，即可以快速减少交通压力又可以解放部分警力，于民于警均有利，盼快速为之呀！</p></section></section></section><p><br/></p><p style="text-align: center; 那我们就谈谈，在基层政务建设中，做好基层服务机制。
目前的一网通办是否有实行？
12345监督政府窗口部门，是否真正在运行并且落实到实处？
我的高谈阔论留给九江的老乡们。
但是，做到市长热线，有问必答，有事必纠，能形成几个工作日必有答复的回复机制。起到良好循环的监督机制，从小小对商服务做起，也从小小的把政务服务跟上大城市脚步作起。
九江的路天天修，处处修，从开春修到过年。有的地方还围而不修。恕我直言，最让人伤心的是老百姓还有认真负责的交警。在飞行器没有普及之前，讨论九江交通意义不大。没有从上到下的改革，一切都是治标不治本
九江二轮车通勤完全足够，汽车是玩具是奢侈品，是空气污染扬尘的主要造成者，也是城市热岛效应主要造成者，不能为了少数人的享受而无限制地破坏大自然，对政府要求这要求那。应采取摇号上路，才能解决拥堵问题。
公交车除了下雨天，天天空跑。为什么呢？还不是开私家车的多！最好就是限行！
首先要解决的是长虹大道、青年路、九龙街步红花园路段、陆家垄路时代豪邸到沃尔玛路段的堵点堵车的问题
网友的智慧 真是棒棒的 南门湖也要修一座电动车桥，每天通过小坝的电动车流量有多少，领导们没数据吗。
两轮车不收交规的强烈建议罚 树欲静而风不止 先管住车，在把立体交通慢慢跟上来，解决根本问题 没有免费停车位，所有停车位都要收费，老城区车位太少，买个菜就被贴罚单150，我菜才15块。青年路，人民路，长虹立交桥与长虹大道交汇口，作为濂溪区浔阳区的几个主要的通道入口，又窄又堵，下雨还积水，简直不可思议。
